Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Orbit Inventory Management ("Orbit", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' use of the service. You must be authorized to manage the assets and data you enter.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service - including attempting to access data belonging to other companies, reverse-engineering the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with the platform's operation or security.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the inventory and account data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Per-vehicle charges are based on the assets in your account. Annual plans are discounted and cancellable with a prorated refund for unused months. Fees are charged through our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal).

Free Trial

Any free trial gives you access to paid features for the stated period with no obligation. At the end of the trial you may choose a plan; we will not auto-charge you without your selection.

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are placed on hold for non-payment. On termination, you may request an export of your data.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and update features over time. If the app is temporarily unavailable, records can be reconciled once connectivity returns.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date shown on this page and, where appropriate, communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
